ReCOGNITION FOR OUR FIRST CSR INITIATIVE
We are proud to announce that we have been awarded our first EcoVadis medal, a global reference platform for assessing CSR performance.
This distinction marks the beginning of a structured commitment to sustainable development, ethics, and social responsibility.
A Voluntary and Ambitious Approach
In a context where environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues are becoming increasingly central, we launched a voluntary CSR initiative to evaluate our impact and establish a continuous improvement dynamic.
This first EcoVadis assessment allows us to measure our current performance, identify strengths, and highlight key areas for improvement.
▶ We achieved an overall score of 64/100, with strong performance in Environment (65/100) and Labor & Human Rights (72/100).
▶ Notably, our Expérience Industries site ranks among the top 15% of companies assessed by EcoVadis in our industry sector (and in the top 35% of all companies evaluated), and within the top 4% for the Labor & Human Rights theme.
Support from an Engaged Group
This success is also the result of a collective dynamic. We have benefited from the support of the RUBANS group, which has long been committed to ambitious CSR policies — and in particular from the RUBANS DE NORMANDIE site, already a multiple EcoVadis medal recipient.
Their experience has been an essential asset in building our first evaluation on solid foundations.
A Medal — and the Beginning of the Journey
This medal is just the first step in an ongoing improvement process, and we are integrating these CSR actions into our overall quality management system.
